Maximum size is based from original sheet size. Please check maximum sheet size before selecting and entering your custom sizes to ensure they can be done.
1.4mm – 1200 x 2400mm
1.6mm – 1500 x 3600mm
2.0mm – 1500 x 3000mm
2.5mm – 1500 x 2400mm
3.0mm – 1500 x 3600mm
4.0mm – 1200 x 2400mm
5.0mm – 1500 x 3000mm
6.0mm – 1500 x 3000mm

The smallest leg we can fold is 10mm internal (≈12mm external). 

Multiples pattern location will not necessarily be identical as they are cut from a sheet and start location may differ. 

Please Note with custom powdercoated there is a lead time of approximately 10 - 20 working days for powdercoating. In price of 1st item there is a 1 off powdercoat surcharge of $200.00, after that only the original item cost is added if more than 1 is selected. All custom cuts are done before powdercoating.

1 face, both edges allowed for in price, please nominate A or B as seen face (just defining seen face, the rest of that surface is allowed for). If you require both faces powdercoated please contact us for a quote. 

Price setting is 0.2m² minimum per item, if you require many items below 0.2m² it may pay to contact us for a quote. If you require larger we may be able to provide a quote, but not online, so please contact us for price.

Whilst we have good machinery no cut will leave a smooth edge like an extruded edge, please note that any custom cut edges if seen may have imperfections. We endeavour to produce your order to the exact size, however there is a production tolerance of +/- 2.0mm.
