Do you offer shipping?

Yes. As you proceed through the checkout, you will be prompted to select 'Pick Up North Melbourne', 'Pick Up Dandenong South' or 'Standard Shipping - Vic'. This shipping option is available to those who entered an address recognised within our delivery radius which we service with our own truck deliveries.

It is possible to deliver outside this radius, however you will need to contact us and provide information on what product/s you require, and where the delivery address is, and we will provide you with a quote. Please email us at sales@alltradealuminium.com.au.


What happens after I place an order for delivery?

When your order is ready to be delivered, we will call you to confirm delivery. If we cannot reach you by phone call, an SMS will be sent requesting confirmation. 


How long will delivery take?

This will vary depending on the product purchased; whether it's a stocked item, custom cut/folded, powdercoated, etc. Please feel free to contact us if you would like to get an indication of lead time before processing your order. Even if your item is in stock on the shelf, please allow at least a few days for us to organise a slot in our delivery schedule to deliver to you.


When can I pick up my order?

Whether you select North Melbourne or Dandenong South for pickup, please wait for our sales office to call you and inform you that your order is ready for collection. If we cannot reach you by phone, a follow up SMS will be sent. In cases where a phone number has not been provided, we will send you an email.


What are your delivery charges?

Deliveries within a 50km radius from either of our branches will be a flat rate fee of $82.50. Deliveries outside these radius’ but still within in the Greater Melbourne area, can be organised by request. For deliveries anywhere outside this area, please contact us for a request for shipping.


Do I need to be home to receive my delivery?

It is preferred if you are home/on site to receive your delivery, as delivery is curbside only and our drivers are unable to help you unload bulky items. In cases where a small item is ordered, we may be able to leave your item if you are not home, we will need written confirmation that this is OK to do.

Orders being shipped via courier will be at the discretion of the courier. This is usually subject to the courier’s own determination on if there is a safe place to leave your order. If there is no safe place is determined, you will usually receive a note in your letterbox or at your door, or receive an email, this will vary by courier, and we usually do not have control over this.


How long do I have to pick up my order?

All orders are to be collected or dispatched in a timely manner. Orders not collected or dispatched within 3 months from date of completion will be discarded or returned to stock. You will receive reminders, and a final notice, before this happens.
