Maximum we can make is based on largest original sheet size as below;
0.6 mm – 1200 x 2400 mm
0.8 mm – 1200 x 2400 mm
1.0 mm – 1200 x 2400 mm
1.2 mm – 1200 x 3600 mm
1.6 mm – 1500 x 3600 mm
2.0 mm – 1500 x 3600 mm
2.5 mm – 1500 x 3000 mm
3.0 mm – 1500 x 3600 mm
4.0 mm – 1500 x 3000 or 1200 x 3600 mm
5.0 mm – 1500 x 3000 or 1200 x 3600 mm
6.0 mm – 1500 x 3600 mm

The smallest leg we can fold is 10mm internal (≈12mm external).

Please note this material is not held in stock pre powdercoated therefore please allow approx. 15-20 working days lead time. Allowance here is for 1 face both edges only. Please note, in price of 1st item is a 1 off powdercoat surcharge $200.00, after that only original item cost is added if more than 1 selected.

Price setting is 0.2m² minimum per item, if you require many items below 0.2m² it may pay to contact us for a quote. 

Whilst we have good machinery no cut will leave a smooth edge like an extruded edge, please note that any custom cut edges if seen may have imperfections.

We endeavour to produce your order to the exact size, however there is a production tolerance of +/- 2.0mm.

If you require larger it may be possible to provide a quote, but not online, so please contact us for price.
