Maximum size is based from original sheet size. Please check maximum sheet size before selecting and entering your custom cuts to ensure they can be done.
Mill Finish:
0.6 mm – 1200 x 2400 mm
0.8 mm – 1200 x 2400 mm
1.0 mm – 1200 x 2400 mm
1.2 mm – 1200 x 3600 mm
1.6 mm – 1500 x 3600 mm
2.0 mm – 1500 x 3600 mm
2.5 mm – 1500 x 3000 mm
3.0 mm – 1500 x 3600 mm
4.0 mm – 1500 x 3000 or 1200 x 3600 mm
5.0 mm – 1500 x 3000 or 1200 x 3600 mm
6.0 mm – 1500 x 3600 mm

The smallest leg we can fold is 10mm internal (≈12mm external), and the middle measurement, Leg B, must be 26mm or larger.

Please note this material is not held in stock pre powdercoated therefore please allow approx. 15-20 working days lead time. Allowance here is for 1 face both edges only. In price of 1st item is a 1 off powdercoat surcharge $200.00, after that only original item cost is added if more than 1 selected.

Price setting is 0.2m² minimum per item, if you require many items below 0.2m² it may pay to contact us for a quote.

This material grade is 5005 up to and including 6mm, above is grade 5083. Whilst we have good machinery no cut will leave a smooth edge like an extruded edge, please note that any custom cut edges may have imperfections.

We endeavour to produce your order to the exact size, however there is a production tolerance of +/- 2.0mm.
