Aluminium Sheet & Plate Custom Cut & Folded Z – Powdercoated Dulux Duralloy® Colours

This product can be supplied to your desired size at a minimum charge. Just select and fill in the Custom Cut section, price setting is o.2m² minimum per item, if you require many items below 0.2m² it may pay to contact us for a quote, maximum size is based from original sheet size. This material grade is 5005 up to and including 6mm, above is grade 5083. Whilst we have good machinery no cut will leave a smooth edge like an extruded edge, please note that any custom cut edges if seen may have imperfections. We endeavour to produce your order to the exact size, however there is a production tolerance of +/- 2.0mm. Please note, in price of 1st item is a 1 off powdercoat surcharge $200.00, after that only original item cost is added if more than 1 selected.

Maximum we can make is based on original sheet size as below; 

0.6, 0.8, 4.0, 5.0 & 6.0mm = 1200 x 2400mm. / 1.2, 1.6 & 3.0mm = 1200 x 3600mm / 2.0mm = 1500 x 3600mm. / 2.5mm = 1500 x 2400mm.

The smallest leg we can fold is 10mm, and the middle measurement, Leg B, must be 26mm or larger.

Please note this material is not held in stock pre powdercoated therefore please allow approx. 15-20 working days lead time. Allowance here is for 1 face both edges only.
