Heat Resistant Glass

This heat resistant glass is 5mm thick, a highly transparent glass with a minimal bronze colouration and a very low thermal expansion, has thermal resistance of approximately 700c. Is suitable to be used for wood heaters, furnaces, light fittings, ovens, projectors, gauges & all fire rated products.

The reason it may not be suitable to certain uses is the slight bronze colouration and please note that toughened glass is used with domestic and commercial convection ovens, our glass is float / annealed & does not have the same impact resistance. Maximum size is 1100 x 1954mm.

We have made this website as user friendly as possible, just follow the drop down boxes and they should guide you through the process. Please note although we endeavour to supply your glass to exact size requested there is a +/- tolerance of 2mm. With toughened glass at least one dimension must be a minimum of 300mm
