Maximum size is based from original sheet size. Please check maximum sheet size before selecting and entering your custom cuts to ensure they can be done.
0.6 mm – 1200 x 2400 mm
0.8 mm – 1200 x 2400 mm
1.0 mm – 1200 x 2400 mm
1.2 mm – 1200 x 3600 mm
1.6 mm – 1500 x 3600 mm
2.0 mm – 1500 x 3600 mm
2.5 mm – 1500 x 3000 mm
3.0 mm – 1500 x 3600 mm
4.0 mm – 1500 x 3000 or 1200 x 3600 mm
5.0 mm – 1500 x 3000 or 1200 x 3600 mm
6.0 mm – 1500 x 3600 mm

This product can be supplied in full sheets or to your desired size, just select. In the Custom Cut section, price setting is 0.2m² minimum per item, if you require many items below 0.2m² it may pay to contact us for a quote.

Whilst we have good machinery no cut will leave a smooth edge like an extruded edge, please note that any custom cut edges may have imperfections.

We endeavour to produce your order to the exact size, however there is a production tolerance of +/- 2.0mm. This material grade is 5005 up to and including 6mm, above is grade 5083.
