Brass Custom Cut & Folded Channel

Maximum size is based from original sheet size. Please check maximum sheet size before selecting and entering your custom cuts to ensure they can be done.
0.8mm – 900 x 3600mm
1.0mm – 900 x 3600mm 
1.2mm – 1000 x 3600mm
1.6mm – 1000 x 3600mm
2.0mm – 1000 x 2000mm
3.0mm – 1000 x 3000mm

This brass sheet product is grade C26000.  

The smallest leg we can fold is 10mm internal (≈12mm external), and the width across the base must be no smaller than the smallest leg (measurement B must be equal to or larger than A & C).

Whilst we have good machinery no cut will leave a smooth edge like an extruded edge, please note that any custom cut edges if seen may have imperfections.

We endeavour to produce your order to the exact size, however there is a production tolerance of +/- 2.0mm & there will be a small radius at fold.
