With the rubber, it is translucent & only top edges seen, it is designed to have either 4 or 6mm glass fit inside it. It wraps around the glass (start centre at top); working in 1 direction, snip it square through both sides & base to the underside of the top nodules roughly 10mm from corner of glass, then continue wrapping around & snipping 10mm in from corner until reach start point & cut there.

Frame is knocked on with a rubber mallet. 

The corner stakes slide inside the hollow of the frame, square cut with cap type have a concealed wall fixing screw hole which is concealed when cap is clipped on.

Glass size calculation is overall mirror frame size minus 26mm, thickness = 4 or 6mm.
