Aluminium Commercial Window Material - 425 Series Style 101.6 x 50mm Centre Double Glazed

The 101.6 x 50mm centre double glazed suite has become more popular over the years, its great for better sound & or thermal benefits, it is easy to work with & fabricate. It is used externally in shop fronts, schools, shopping centres & apartments/houses. It is also used internally as glazed screens & office partitions. In Victoria, glass is mostly glazed in commercial applications using silicone both sides.

Please note the following finishes have approximate lead times; Custom Powdercoated is 10 - 20 working days. Bronze & Black anodised are 20 - 40 working days.

This product can be supplied at standard lengths as listed or we can cut to your desired length at a minimum charge, just fill in the Custom Cut section. If you require more than 1 cut size, please reach out as we can optimise cuts. We aim to produce your custom cut to the exact length, however there is a production tolerance of +/- 2.0mm. All are square cut unless otherwise advised.

Please note with custom product powdercoated option, in price of 1st item is a 1 off powdercoat surcharge $200.00, after that only the original item cost is added if more than 1 selected. 

Due to the different depths in the anodising bath and other variables, no two items will necessarily be identical, please bear this in mind if you are matching another or putting these next to or near each other, we take no responsibilities for variations in colour as it is impossible to ensure a perfect match. Approx. up to 50mm at each end may not be usable due to tong marks left from the anodising process, remember to allow for this in quantity calculations. All custom cuts are done after anodising therefore cut edges won't be anodised. For custom powdercoating, all custom cuts are done before powdercoating.
