Brass Custom Cut & Folded Channel

This brass sheet product is grade C26000. It can be cut & folded to your desired size at a minimum charge, just fill in the Custom Cut section. 

The smallest leg we can fold is 10mm, the width across the base must be no smaller than the smallest leg (measurements B must be equal to or larger than A & C).

Whilst we have good machinery no cut will leave a smooth edge like an extruded edge, please note that any custom cut edges if seen may have imperfections. We endeavour to produce your order to the exact size, however there is a production tolerance of +/- 2.0mm & there will be a small radius at fold. 

The maximum length due to original sheet size is;
Mill finish; 0.8mm & 2.0mm = 1800mm, 1.6mm = 2400mm, 3.0mm = 3000mm
Bright finish; 1.0mm = 1800mm, 1.2mm = 3600mm.
