Maximum size is based from original sheet size. Please check maximum sheet size before selecting and entering your custom cuts to ensure they can be done.
Mill Finish:
0.6 mm – 1200 x 2400 mm
0.8 mm – 1200 x 2400 mm
1.0 mm – 1200 x 2400 mm
1.2 mm – 1200 x 3600 mm
1.6 mm – 1500 x 3600 mm
2.0 mm – 1500 x 3600 mm
2.5 mm – 1500 x 3000 mm
3.0 mm – 1500 x 3600 mm
4.0 mm – 1500 x 3000 or 1200 x 3600 mm
5.0 mm – 1500 x 3000 or 1200 x 3600 mm
6.0 mm – 1500 x 3600 mm

Please note this material is not held in stock pre powdercoated therefore please allow approx. 10-20 working days lead time. Allowance here is for 1 face all edges only. In price of 1st item is a 1 off powdercoat surcharge $200.00, after that only original item cost is added if more than 1 selected.

On size over 1000mm it is possible there may need to be small hanging holes for powdercoating approx. 5-10mm in from 2 corners, if so we would have it powdercoated oversize and trim after, this would mean at least 1 edge would not be powdercoated, otherwise we can make it to your size but have hanging holes exposed, please advise which preferred.

This material grade is 5005 up to and including 6mm, above is grade 5083. Whilst we have good machinery no cut will leave a smooth edge like an extruded edge, please note that any custom cut edges may have imperfections. We endeavour to produce your order to the exact size, however there is a production tolerance of +/- 2.0mm. 

This product is sold as full sheet or can be supplied to your desired size, just select option, custom cut price setting is 0.2m² minimum per item, if you require many items below 0.2m² it may pay to contact us for a quote.

If you require larger it may be possible to provide a quote, but not online, so please contact us.
